When customers purchase or send a consultation request via the website, we will collect some required personal information including: full name, phone number, delivery address. This information helps us confirm orders, contact and protect consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for keeping personal information confidential, managing transaction activities related to their accounts/emails, and promptly notifying us if they detect any unauthorized use or security breach.

Contact to confirm and deliver goods as requested.

Provide product and service information when requested by customers.

Support handling special cases arising during the transaction process.

Perform obligations as required by competent state agencies (procuracy, court, police agency, etc.).

3. Information storage time

Customers' personal information is kept on the system until the customer requests cancellation or the administrator deletes it. In all cases, the information will be kept securely on our server.

Customers have the right to check, update, edit or cancel their personal information by contacting the website administrator.

Customers also have the right to submit complaints about information security. After receiving, we will verify and promptly handle the violation according to the level of violation.

6. Complaints receiving and handling mechanism

Any disputes arising between customers and the company will be prioritized for settlement by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, each party has the right to bring the case to the competent People's Court.

Complaints must be accompanied by evidence (email, text message, etc.) for the company to check and respond.

In case of exceeding the authority, the company will transfer to the competent authority for settlement but still coordinate to protect the rights of customers.

We are committed to absolute confidentiality of customers' personal information according to the law.

Do not disclose or transfer to a third party without the customer's consent, except in cases where required by law.

If the system is attacked and data is lost, we will immediately notify the authorities and the customer to coordinate handling.

All online transaction information, invoices, and digital documents are kept absolutely confidential.

Note: Customers must provide accurate information when registering/purchasing. We are not responsible for resolving complaints arising if the initial information provided by the customer is not true.
